What if I only have one property?: Still $29.99/month. Pricing isn't per-property — one flat price whether you own one rental or twenty.
Is there a trial?: 30 days free. No credit card required to start. We don't ask for payment info until you decide to keep using it.
Can I cancel anytime?: Yes. Cancel from your account settings; you're billed through the end of the current period and lose access after. No clawback, no exit fee, no support call required.
Can my accountant log in?: Yes. Add as many accountants or bookkeepers as you need — no per-seat cost.
Why isn't there a cheaper tier?: Because the cheaper tier in every other tool is a trap. They strip out the features you actually need (asset tracking, tax export, real tenant portal) and force the upgrade once you're committed. dweller charges one price for the full product.
What about a free plan?: There isn't one. Free plans tend to mean unsupported, unmaintained, and aggressively upsold. The 30-day trial gives you the full product without paying — if it's not worth $29.99/month after that, you shouldn't pay for it.
Do you handle deposit interest calculations?: Yes — automatically, using the current Newfoundland prescribed rate. Updated when the Director of Residential Tenancies publishes a new rate.
Does the tenant portal cost extra?: No. As many tenants as you have, free. They get a portal for paying rent, submitting maintenance, viewing their lease, and messaging you.
