How do I create an account?
Click 'Start free trial' on dwellerpm.com. Enter your name, email, and a password. You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate. You can then add your properties immediately. No credit card is required for the 30-day trial.
How do I add a property?
After signing in, navigate to Properties and tap "+ Add Property". Enter the address, type (residential, commercial, etc.), and key details. Once saved, you can add units, tenants, expenses, and maintenance records.
What is the Property Health Score?
A 0–100 rating that summarizes the overall condition and financial health of a property. It considers maintenance ticket frequency and severity, upcoming capital expenditure needs, lease status, and inspection results. Higher = better-maintained, financially healthier.
How do I manage my subscription?
Go to Settings → Billing in the app to view your current plan, next bill date, and payment method. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time. Cancellation retains access until the end of the current billing period.
How do I contact support?
Email support@dwellerpm.com. If you’re logged in, the in-app Support section also opens a conversation with our team. We typically respond within a few hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, Atlantic Time).
